We Try Not Make Any Money on Shipping
Some internet companies make money on shipping by charging handling fees. That’s a rip-off in our eyes. On the majority of our shipments, the postage costs are within twenty cents of actual charges.
We Offer Free Shipping on U.S. Orders $60 and more
Anything under $60 ships for $7.00. If the order is $60 or more, the shipping is free to U.S. addresses as well as addresses in U.S. territories (for example, Guam and Puerto Rico). Shipping to international addresses are charged actual cost minus the U.S. free shipping credit. More information appears below.
Orders will usually be on their way to you no later than the next business day via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Package Service (for light-weight packages that do not exceed 15 oz. (4 pounds to Canada). Most items should arrive in 3-5 business days. We generally do not use FedEx or UPS. Rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
A flat-rate USPS Express Mail box costs $46, and we can get the shipment to you in two business days guaranteed provided we can make the 1:00 pm deadline Monday through Friday. If the order is over $60, we will invoice you for actual shipping costs less what it costs us to ship Priority Mail. Express Service is not available on orders sent to APO, FPO, P.O. Box addresses, and U.S. possessions.
Occasionally, customers ask for even faster shipping, e.g., next day delivery. This requires the use of FedEx Priority shipping, and the cost for a five-pound shipment can often exceed $100. Due to increased handling costs, including taking the shipment to a FedEx center, we do not deduct any free shipping credit.
We can ship up to 4 pounds via First Class International Mail. The minimum shipping cost is around $16. Assuming your order is at least $60, upon checking out, you will be charged automatically $8 for shipping, which represents a $7 discount. There will be no additional shipping invoice issued. If your order is less than $60, you will be issued an additional invoice for $7 as your order does not qualify for our free shipping credit.
Other International Locations
Please submit your order by email so we can verify availability of all items and provide shipping estimates, usually for First Class Mail as well as International Priority Mail. We ask that you verify by email the items you desire and your preferable shipping option. In addition, we ask for your full name, your billing address, your shipping address (if different than the billing address), and phone number. We will invoice you for the products and shipping costs. Your email invoice will show all products you order, and shipping costs. It will include a "Pay Now" button that you may use to complete the transaction. The customer pays any duty and taxes at their end. Please allow time for customs clearance. For international shipping, you may request FedEx, even though it is more expensive.
Due to popular demand some items may not be available for immediate shipping and therefore cause the items to go on Back Order.
We will be happy to split the order, and ship all in-stock merchandise immediately. We will email you before we do this. Backordered items will be shipped, as they become available. There are no additional shipping charges for back-ordered items.
In rare occasions and due to unforeseen circumstances our due dates may be pushed back. In the event that this happens, an email would immediately follow.
